ROGERS, Texas — A possible house explosion near Temple left one person dead and several others hurt on Christmas Eve.
Authorities in Rogers, Texas, which is about an hour north of Austin, say a house fire started around 9 a.m. Saturday.
Details on the incident are limited at this time, but six people were inside the home when it exploded, according to officials. Five people were taken to the hospital following the fire, including one person who was transported to a burn center in Dallas.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
