AUSTIN, Texas — A new Trader Joe's store is set to open in Bee Cave next summer.
According to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), construction on the new store will begin on Feb. 2, 2025, as crews begin renovation efforts on more than 17,000 square feet of old retail space located at 12812 Shops Parkway, Unit 300.
The project, which will be funded by a Plano-based developer, will cost around $900,000. The store is expected to be open for business by June 1, 2025.
This will be the first Trader Joe's location to open in Bee Cave.
