AUSTIN, Texas — One person was hurt in a reported tunnel collapse in northeast Austin.
Austin Fire and Austin-Travis County EMS reported the tunnel collapse and trench rescue just before 9:30 a.m. Wednesday along Interstate 35 near Park Plaza Drive and Little Walnut Creek.
ATCEMS said the person was removed from the tunnel and taken to St. David's North Austin Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
No other information is available at this time.
