The statues are original parts of the Biltmore and were designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Keller said the incident is under investigation and Phoenix fire does not know what led to the statue falling. Phoenix police said there were no signs of foul play.
The Arizona Biltmore gave 12News the following statement:
"Our top priority is the safety of our guests, and our thoughts are with the family impacted by today's events."
