PHOENIX - A controversial billboard has sparked quite the conversation since appearing above Phoenix’s Grand Avenue on Friday.
The billboard, which stands at 11th Avenue and Grand, features a glaring President Donald Trump flanked by mushroom clouds and dollar signs made to resemble swastikas.
"I think a lot of people are feeling this way and I'm just trying to express what I think is on a lot of people's minds these days," the billboard's artist, Karen Fiorito, previously told 12 News.
Fiorito said she’s received death threats, but billboard owner, Beatrice Moore, said it would remain up until Trump leaves office.
Since being posted on Friday, the story has received thousands of comments from 12 News viewers.
Those in support said it was freedom of expression while others referred to it as a "truth" and hoped the billboard was there to stay.

Others called it “wrong,” “offensive,” and “disrespectful” to more than just the president.
