The animals were moved to a temporary location at the San Gabriel Park barn back in June, so that the original location for the shelter could be renovated.

According to a story by KVUE back in June, only the dogs were moved to the barn as their area at the shelter needed a bit more work, but the cats remained at the shelter's original location.
