Missing Williamson County girl officially found safe

The sheriff's office initially reported the girl was found safe, but shortly thereafter issued a correction stating she was still missing.

LIBERTY HILL, Texas — UPDATE: The Williamson County Sheriff's Office reported around 11:15 a.m. that the girl has officially been found safe after some confusion.

Original story: The Williamson County Sheriff's Office corrected itself Tuesday morning and said a young girl was still missing after reporting she had been found. 

Citlayi Sarraco, 15, was previously last seen at Circle K in Liberty Hill around 5:45 p.m. on a pink and white mountain bike. 

On Tuesday morning, the sheriff's office said she has been found safe and returned to her family. Shortly thereafter, WCSO issued a correction saying she was still missing.
