ROUND ROCK, Texas — Another suspected fentanyl death is under investigation near Round Rock.
On Oct. 3, the Williamson County Sheriff's Office responded to an incident at a home on Amistad Drive.
When investigators arrived, they found an unidentified 31-year-old woman dead at the scene from a suspected fentanyl poisoning.
The sheriff's office urges residents to stay aware of the risks associated with fentanyl. They also ask that anyone with information on the woman's death contact their office.
