Austin police have arrested a man accused of assaulting a waitress in a dine-and-dash incident at a Northwest Austin restaurant.
It happened last month at Antonio's Restaurant on Highway 183. The waitress told police when she ran outside after Bounds and another man, who had stiffed her on the bill. Bounds attempted to run her over, and she was knocked to the ground.
Bounds is free on a $20,000 bond.
