Wendy Davis, Erin Zwiener campaign in Buda

Both women are running for seats in the U.S. House of Representatives.

BUDA, Texas — Super Tuesday is just days away! That's why two Democratic candidates made their final pushes to court Texas voters this weekend.

On Saturday, U.S. House of Representatives candidate Wendy Davis campaigned in Buda. She's vying to represent Congressional District 21, which spans from San Antonio to Austin.

Republican Chip Roy currently holds the seat, but Davis said she is confident she can flip the district.

"I absolutely believe that we will. This is a district that came so close to flipping in 2018, and I know that we are going to bring the resources and the people to make sure we do it this time," Davis said.

She faces Democratic challenger Liliana Posada, as well as three Republicans who are running against one another to try and take the seat.
