Texas golfer Jordan Spieth has experienced an off year by Spieth’s standards.
But the defending British Open champion is in prime position to claim back-to-back championships at The Open.
Spieth fired a six under par, 66 in Saturday’s round three. Spieth shares the lead with Xander Schauffele and Kevin Kinser at nine under par.
Perhaps Spieth’s success can be attributed to a visit to a local barber in Carnoustie in Scotland.
In an interview, Spieth joked about his new "British" haircut.
