Matthew McConaughey pumps up UT basketball team, ministers culture in burnt orange suit

AUSTIN, Texas — Matthew McConaughey is taking his role as "Minister of Culture" of UT's new basketball arena seriously -- even though that arena will take years to complete.

At Saturday night's men's basketball game against OU -- which the Longhorns won, 75-72 -- McConaughey could be see on the sidelines, acting as de facto assistant coach and all-around hype man.

But most importantly: he looked awesome in a three-piece burnt orange suit.

Twitter blew up with photos and videos of McConaughey ministering the culture --

-- and just showing some Longhorn spirit.

It's like they say: Come early, be loud, stay late...look sharp in a burnt orange suit.
