DALLAS — No quarterback in the NFL gets as much noise from critics as Dak Prescott. That comes with the territory of being the quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys.
So you can't blame Prescott for enjoying his recent run of stellar quarterback play, which has left his critics unusually silent.
Now he's having some good-natured fun with the haters, for a good cause, too.
Prescott on Friday dropped a new commercial he did for the Colorectal Cancer Alliance and Lead From Behind, an advocacy group that raises awareness about colon cancer.
"As a professional quarterback, I get a lot of sh*t," Prescott said, the bleep included.
The commercial features a few clips of fans criticizing Prescott, who embraces the hate.
"And I get it," he said. "When you're not a fan of something, [bleep]ing on it, can make you feel good."
Prescott then hilariously walks the viewer through the steps of how to send in a sample for colon cancer screening. And that includes the very important step of placing a sticker on your sample collection container of the person, place or animal you're beefing with. So you can, as Prescott put it bluntly, "[bleep] on."
Prescott's examples included stickers of a dolphin (Miami Dolphins), an old-timey prospector (San Francisco 49ers), and "large American predatory birds" (looking at you, Philadelphia Eagles).
Honestly, at this point, you should just take a look for yourself:
Speaking of the Eagles, Prescott will get a chance to, um, silence them Sunday night, when Dallas hosts Philadelphia at AT&T Stadium. No sample collection container is required.
