CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — Three SpaceX rockets launched within 36 hours beginning June 17, according to Space.com.
The first launch saw a Falcon 9 leave Kennedy Space Center in Florida and set 53 Starlink internet satellites into orbit. The launch also marked a new rocket-reuse record for the company, as the Falcon 9 rocket had previously launched 12 times.
The second launch, which took place at the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California on Saturday, sent up a radar satellite for the German military.
The Sunday launch from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida involved a two-stage Falcon 9 launch. The rocket set into orbit a communications satellite for Globalstar, a satellite solutions company.
