LIBERTY HILL, Texas — The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority has announced that it will be extending the 183A Toll Road.
The extension will be 6.6 miles northward from Hero Way to north of SH 29 in Liberty Hill.
The project will include two tolled lanes in both directions, located mainly within the existing median of the US 183 corridor, with an adjacent shared-use path from Hero Way to Seward Junction Loop.
A virtual groundbreaking ceremony was held on Wednesday, and the toll is expected to be open to traffic sometime in 2025.
