AUSTIN, Texas — A person is dead after a crash involving a motorcycle and a Capital Metro bus in North Austin.
CapMetro said at approximately 8 a.m. Tuesday, one of its buses and a motorcyclist were involved in a crash near Avenue F and East Koenig Lane. Austin-Travis County EMS (ATCEMS) said one person was pronounced dead at the scene and another was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center with minor injuries.
CapMetro said it is coordinating with ATCEMS, the Austin Police Department and the Austin Fire Department. The investigation is ongoing.
