AUSTIN, Texas — Drivers have been told to expect delays due to police activity in South Austin on Saturday afternoon.
Around 3:18 p.m., the Austin Police Department said East Ben White Boulevard eastbound is closed at the Interstate 35 northbound ramp.
Police said a woman has been on top of the overpass since Saturday morning, and negotiators are working to get her down.
Earlier Saturday, all directions of I-35 were closed at the interchange due to police activity, according to TxDOT.
