HAYS COUNTY, Texas -- A crash in the southbound lanes of Interstate 35 near Cabela's Retail Store in Buda has traffic heavily congested going both northbound and southbound Tuesday morning.
The crash, which happened sometime after 6 a.m., has blocked off the left southbound lane, according to KVUE's traffic reporter. Traffic going northbound from Kyle is experiencing heavy delays. But as of 8:40 a.m., KVUE's news partners at the Austin American-Statesman report that the northbound lanes are now completely open after being partially closed.
Texas Department of Transportation reports that the area is experiencing multiple crashes.
No injuries have been confirmed yet.
