AUSTIN, Texas — Central Texas dealt with strong winds, hail, heavy rain and even a possible tornado on Saturday morning, but drier weather is moving in for this afternoon.
Around 1 p.m. we started to see the severe threat diminish in Central Texas and shift east.
The rest of Saturday will bring highs in the 60s and 70s with partly cloudy to mostly clear sky overhead.
The forecast looks great for the Orange and White game at DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium at 6:30 p.m.
If you have any afternoon events, expect breezy conditions with west winds anywhere from 10-20 mph.
Temperatures will fall to the 40s tonight under a mostly clear sky with breezy conditions continuing.
Cooler and drier conditions move in for Sunday afternoon with highs in the lower 70s and breezy conditions lingering for the area under abundant sunshine.
