Severe storms moved through the Houston area. Here's some of the damage

HOUSTON — It was a day of severe weather Thursday across the Houston area. It started with a tornado watch at around 2:45 p.m., then turned into multiple severe thunderstorm and tornado warnings.

The storm raced through town, and as it did, viewers and our crews captured photos and videos of the storm. Below are some of the images of what was captured around Southeast Texas.
