Tropical Storm Sara will linger near Central America this weekend. This will bring significant flooding rains to parts of Central America over the next couple days. Sara will dissipate in the Yucatan Peninsula later this weekend. Some remnant moisture from Sara will get pulled northward into the Gulf of Mexico early this week ahead of an approaching cold front. This will lead to rain and storms across Southeast Louisiana and South Mississippi later Monday and into early Tuesday. Some flooding and a few severe storms are possible. Stay tuned for updates.
