Many were left without power Thursday morning after storms rolled through Central Texas.
According to the Austin Energy outage map, more than 2,400 people were without power by around 6:30 a.m. Most of them were in southeast Austin near the airport. About one hour later, power had been restored for many of those residents, leaving hundreds in the dark.
There were also reports of power outages in the Bastrop area.
