Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody said two tornadoes were reported on Wednesday, July 4.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas -- At least two tornadoes were reported in Williamson County Wednesday, according to Sheriff Robert Chody.

Chody said one was reported in the area of County Road 110 at Limmer Loop, the other near County Road 366 and Chandler Road.

Sheriff Chody shared a video by Denise Betak.

Betak captured video of the tornado as it was passing

"My son noticed the cornhusks and stuff flying up in what we thought was a dust devil and started looking and it kind of went further up and it's a little bit more than dust devil, so I had my phone and I was looking up saw the funnel cloud right over my eyes," said Betak."A few seconds into it, my niece comes from around the corner and she says, 'Oh, your neighbor's shed just got picked up and flipped over.'"

Betak told KVUE that neighbor happened to be her brother, Kenneth Thomison.

"I noticed that my go-cart was standing there by itself and I realized that the shed was gone," said Thomison.

Hours after the tornado touched down, Betak said the reality that a tornado came so close to her home and family is starting to settle in.

"It could have been worse," said Betak. "We could have been … it just all could have been worse."

Twitter user @Jorden_H7 also shared a video of what appeared to be a tornado moving near Country Road 110 in Round Rock. He said the tornado blew over a sign and pushed plastic barriers into the road, causing a road block.
