AUSTIN, Texas — The weekend is here and, as always, there are a ton of things going on in the Austin area! From cars and coffee to mac and cheese, there's no shortage of fun activities happening over the next few days.
Here’s a breakdown of just some of the events you can attend this weekend.
There are a few events that signal that the holiday season has officially arrived in Austin, and one of them is the ZACH Theatre's production of "A Christmas Carol."
The production kicks off on Friday, Nov. 17, and will run through Sunday, Dec. 31. Tickets are available now.
When: begins Friday and runs through Dec. 31
Where: ZACH Theatre, located at 202 S. Lamar Blvd.
Cars and Coffee Austin is a family-friendly event featuring classic cars, racecars, exotics, hot rods, muscle cars and more. The event is free to all, and a map is available online.
When: Sunday from 8 a.m. to noon
Where: Circuit of the Americas, 9201 Circuit of the Americas Blvd.
Get ready for some warm, gooey goodness! The Austin Mac & Grilled Cheese Festival is returning for its seventh year.
The all-you-can-eat feast features southern cuisine from local food trucks and chefs. Grilled cheeses will once again also be part of the competition, and you get to help vote for the winners.
When: Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Lantana Place, 7415 Southwest Parkway
