AUSTIN, Texas — The weekend is here and, as always, there are a ton of things going on in the Austin area! From baseball to a Black History Month celebration, there's no shortage of fun activities happening over the next few days.

Here’s a breakdown of just some of the events you can attend this weekend.

Austin FC vs. Minnesota United

Austin FC will kick off its 2024 season with a home opener against Minnesota United on Saturday! The weather will be beautiful, and CapMetro is offering free rides to the match to celebrate the opening of McKalla Station.

When: Kickoff is 7:30 p.m. Saturday

Where: Q2 Stadium, located at 10414 Mc Kalla Place

Cirque du Soleil CRYSTAL

Cirque du Soleil's first ice show, "CRYSTAL," is making a stop in Central Texas! The groundbreaking show features world-class ice skaters and acrobats challenging the laws of gravity.

The shows are already underway at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park, with multiple shows scheduled throughout this weekend. Tickets are still available.

When: through Sunday

Where: H-E-B Center at Cedar Park, located at 2100 Avenue of the Stars

Karbach Round Rock Classic

College baseball season is here! This weekend, Dell Diamond will host the Karbach Round Rock Classic, with Texas State, Kansas, Kentucky and Washington State competing over three days in a round-robin format.

Games are scheduled for 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Friday, noon and 4 p.m. Saturday and noon and 4 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are still available.

When: through Sunday

Buda Black History Month Celebration

Buda is celebrating Black History Month this weekend with an event "meant to educate, provide resources to and support the Black community." The theme of this year's Buda Black History Month Celebration is "African Americans and the Arts," and the free event will emphasis the impact Black Americans have had on visual arts, music, cultural movements and more.

When: noon to 4 p.m. Saturday

Where: Buda Amphitheater & City Park, located at 204 San Antonio St.
