AUSTIN, Texas — KVUE wants to help “Keep Austin Local” by highlighting the local businesses, events and people that make Austin special.
On Wednesday, KVUE stopped by Paper and Craft Pantry, an Austin business that started in 2015.
Paper and Craft Pantry originally was on Sixth Street in a spall space, and the owner, Pei Sim, worked by herself. Now they are in a larger space and have hired a staff of people.
The store features all things paper, including stationery, cards, bullet journals, notebooks, calendars, gift wrap and more. They also have items to help craft, including a wall of pens and markers, scissors and stickers.

Paper and Craft Pantry features creators from around Texas and across the U.S. Their in-house stationery line is designed by the owner. The cards are printed at a local, family-owned print shop. A portion of the profits from the in-house line is donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Black Mamas ATX.
Currently the store is open four days a week. They’re open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
They also take online orders and ship those out weekly.
Paper and Craft Pantry is located at 1023 Springdale Road, Building 6A, Austin, Texas, 78721, or online here.
